This is great I wish the South African government would do the same! Where can we download this information?

hello i cant understand the notion. We as Mozambique should not look up to R.S.A for solutions, but rather for ideas. You as the author, take the privelage to put your feet in shoes like mine.Take a moment to imagine the time, effort and expense to start a mining operation. This entire procedure can be made a lot more simpler if there were on-line,transparent instructions and explanations.Wouldnt you agree? Thats all im asking!

Hello i am the youngest Title holder of a mining constrotium in Mozambique, and my company is Anglo Zambezia Minerals corporation lda.I have Commercial licences for Gold and Precious Stones and Metals .My intention is to Invite potential Investors in this sector to Mozambique ,however the processing of a simple prospecting licence leaves any AND i mean every potential investor with a very simple yet worrying question."Will this Venture ever work" And "why" Is it Beaurocracy or lack of interest or what.Documentation is almost impossible, far stretched and somehow crazy, really. The price of a concession is by far out of the reach of any local or lets call it "Black African Investor". The procedure in application for whatever licence in question must be defined ON-Line. Is it the ministry of public construction or the ministry of Industry that verify the future purpose of the land? Do u realise how foolish i may look to have invited a German Constrotium interested in Coal Exploration, having explained to them that it is the ministry of public construction that process Concessions in collaboration with the ministry of Mines, then ,then, they read what you have published.
