Kampala — Norah Mulira, believes that militant feminism is no longer effective as
a weapon for women's liberation.
"Women no longer need to wear power suits and talk like men in order to
influence policy. They do not have to go up in arms against men to be
recognised. Women can succeed as leaders by being who they are," she
