The main event under the African Women Cycle, to be presided over by the provincial governor of Luanda, Francisca do Espírito Santo, shall be held next July 31 at Cidadela pavilion.

A communiqué from the Government of Luanda Province (GPL) distributed this Wednesday states that the event shall be preceded by a parade to begin at "Kinaxixi" square.

According to the press release, during the parade under the motto "Appeal to voting and the over 30 percent", local government officials will tour "Comandante Valódia" and "Avenida Brasil" Streets, up to the Cidadela pavilion.

In the light of the activities of the African Women Cycle a seminar on breast cancer is scheduled to take place at GLP's amphitheatre, and shall be attended by provincial directors, municipal administrators and heads of department.
