Petro Atlético de Luanda set an important step in the leadership of the national first division championship of football on Tuesday here, after beating Santos FC 1-0, in a 19th round match of the competition.
The sole goal of the encounter was scored by David at the 65 minutes, following a kick from outside the opponents' penalty area.
With this win, Petro Atletico de Luanda keep at the head of the competition with 44 points, five ahead of second placed, 1º de Agosto. Santos FC come fourth with 31 points, while Benfica do Lubango stand last with 15.
