MAKERERE University is to hold a campaign on voluntary HIV/AIDS testing and counselling in hostels and halls of residence.

According to the guild health minister, Nelson Igaba, the exercise will start on Monday at the Senate Building.

"For a long time, the university has been accused of sexual immorality, but we wish to correct this with statistics," Igaba said.

Free drinks and entertainment would be available to encourage students to test, he added.
