Super Eagles Coach, Shaibu Amodu, may have guided the Super Eagles to their third and final phase qualifications but he does not want to toy with the match against Bafana Bafana of South Africa.

Amodu who has maintained a clean slate since coming back on his third missionary journey said that the Eagles would go on full throttle against Bafana Bafana when they confront them at the Port Elizabeth Stadium starting at 3pm local time (2pm Nigeria time). According to the Image Maker of the Nigeria Football Federation, NFF, Ademola Olajire, members of the Nigeria national senior team, Super Eagles, will fly into South Africa on Tuesday for next Saturday's 2010 FIFA World Cup/African Cup of Nations qualifying cracker with the Bafana Bafana.

Only a week after a battling performance from their U-23 men's team earned worthy silver medal at the Olympic Games in China, Nigerians are already salivating for another splendid performance on the field, even as head coach, Amodu Shaibu, has announced a few replacements for those already called up.

Spain-based Ikechukwu Uche, who missed the fireworks in China due to refusal by his Club to release him for the Games, will have the opportunity to increase his goals' tally in the qualifying series as he replaces Ukraine -based Emmanuel Okoduwa.

Christian Obodo, who was knocked out of the African Cup of Nations in Ghana early in the year through injury, returns to the mainstream at the expense of England-based Mikel Obi, while Belgium-based Joseph Akpala will take the place of Obafemi Martins.

While other members of the technical crew head straight to Port Elizabeth, team secretary Dayo Enebi, will stay behind in Johannesburg to welcome the players as they arrive in the Rainbow nation. Nigeria, with 12 maximum points from four matches, have already qualified for the third and final phase of the series but will want to keep their pride against the Bafana Bafana.
