Former Bafana Bafana goalkeeper Steve Crowley has been appointed Durban Stars' goalkeeper coach.

This was announced by the first division club's owner Phindani Nene ahead of their season opener against Ikapa Sporting at King Zwelithini Stadium tonight.

Crowley, who played for Kaizer Chiefs and Wits University among others, will be on the technical bench alongside Ramadhan Nsazurwino.
