Angola: Paulo Flores to Perform in Lubango on Saturday

Angolan musician Paulo Flores will perform in Lubango City, southern Huila povince, in a gala that is part of the cultural programme of Nossa Senhora do Monte (Our Lady of the Hills) festivities.

It will be the first public performance of Paulo Flores in Huila Province and the concert is expected to be attended by more than 600 spectators.

Speaking to ANGOP, the event promoter, Nelson Silva said that the show is also part of the commemorative activities of the singer's 20 years of artistic career.

The source added that besides old tracks, Paulo Flores will also sing tunes from his new album.

He also said that the event will be supported by Showas band, adding that technical and administrative conditions are ready.

The admission tickets are being sold since last Monday at a price that goes from 150 to 200 US dollars and that includes buffet.

The venue is expected to host at least 600 people due to the small size of the hall.
