Nigeria: 17 Subscribers Emerge Winners in Starcomms Promo

A Starcomms subscriber, Terry Cosmos yesterday emerged winner of a Mitsuba motorcycle, 12 other subscribers won smart centre while four others emerged winners of talkie telecenter in the Starcomms Bonuzee Loyalty Promo held for the month of May and June in Kaduna.
The promo which is drawn every week, saw Cosmos, a Starcomms call centre operator, emerged winner of Mitsuba motorcycle in the national draw, the biggest prize in the Kaduna centre for the two months. Winners of the smart centre worth N2,000 were also awarded N10, 000 recharge, while winners of the Talkie estimated at N6, 500 also went home with N10, 000 recharge already loaded on their phones.
Speaking after receiving his motorbike at the presentation ceremony held at the Kaduna office of the communication company, Cosmos said he will deploy his prize for commercial purposes to make more money for himself. "I thank Starcomms for the gesture. I want to urge them to continue on the same path to enable we the subscribers remain loyally with them. I intend to use motorbike for commercial purposes to make more money."
Dealer Sales Manager Starcomms Kaduna, Datsu Tor-Asuga in his remarks at the presentation said the programme is a reward for the loyal subscribers on their network. Starcomms Retail Shop Manager Kaduna, Wunmi Sebotimo also expressed hope that someone in Kaduna centre will emerge winner of the grand prize of a brand new car given out every week.
Tor-Asuga said, "The Bonuzee Loyalty Promo is a reward for our loyal customers especially our telecentre operators. We hope you will continue to win more prizes because you stand to win every week in the weekly draw held nationwide. Right now somebody has won a car in Lagos and Ibadan we hope someone here will also win a car. The draw for July and August will come up at a later date. Thank you for being on our network."
Speaking on behalf of the other prize winners, Timothy Muamun said they are delighted to have won the prizes. He also pledged their loyalty to the communication company. "We are happy to be associated with Starcomms and to have won these prizes. We wish the company more progress as we promise to be loyal to Starcomms in all we do."
