Tunisia: President Ben Ali Focuses On Youth Programs

During his meeting with Mr Samir Laabidi , Minister of Sports, Youth and Physical Education on Thursday, President Zine El Abidine Ben Ali focused on youth programs at the national and regional level.
The Head of State recommended to diversify and intensify programs, as well as adapting them to the expectations and ambitions of youth, notably in light of the important information which will result from the national dialogue with youth, meant to identify their aspirations.
President Ben Ali reaffirmed the importance of listening to young people, as well as giving due importance to their opinions and suggestions.
The Head of State also focused on the launch of the oncoming sports season. He reiterated the importance of granting further attention to disseminating the principles of the sporting spirit, so as to anchor the noble goals of sports.
