Two youngsters and their group have released a first class album titled Babilonah Vs Generous.

The album that was recently released features six tracks. The young men, both hailing from Mankgodi village, have ventured into house-kwasa genre like most youths in this country.

Group member, Daniel Morwaagae AKA Jabu, says that the album is a reflection of each member's past experiences. Jabu related how they met. Jabu says that he and colleague Generous have been friends for as long as they can remember.

"We are both from Mankgodi and have always had a passion for music," he says. He says that to them, music is all about self-expression.

"You can get a lot across with music. Some people do that writing and others through talking, but for us, it has always been through music," he added.

Generous is the lead vocalist.

"We used to go to the same school and met in a study group at the community junior school. We later on went to Kagiso Senior Secondary School where we continued to be in the same study group and that is when we realised we both had passion for music," he said. Generous and Jabu, aged 24 and 25 respectively, have dancers in their group, Roja and Aqua.

The lead song, Batista, is a dance that the group members perform. Like most House-Kwasa there is something about it that makes one dance. The other track in the album that will get night crawlers on their feet is Incognito, which talks about the other side of Generous.

Another track Bonkosumela simply talks about a producer who tried to rip them off by buying out their song and selling it to someone else.

"This is why I say life experiences because that was one of the problems we had to deal with," he stated. Another song that touches on their life experiences is Mshito Ka Sebele. Basically, what the song says is that he has overcome his problems and beaten his enemies at their own game.
