As Warid Telecom announced its one million subscribers accomplishment yesterday, Zain Uganda formerly Celtel, unveiled a seasonal offer that is meant to change some people's lifestyles and draw new subscribers, to its network.

Warid said it had attracted one million subscribers on its network on the backdrop of its just concluded Mega Bonus campaign which gave its customers' an opportunity to make free calls from Warid to Warid.

In a bid to increase its subscriber numbers over its current 1.9 million, Ms Cesear Mloka, the Director Marketing Zain said, three fully furnished houses, and 12 Honda CRV cars, will be given away, to the company's loyal customers through a new promo dubbed Ayyayah win & Enrich your lifestyle.

She was however tight lipped on how many subscriber the network was after, through the marketing initiative.Zain Uganda now becomes the second company to woo product consumers with a dozen of cars following in the foot steps of Crown Beverage Company the manufacturers of Pepsi Cola products in Uganda.

Most companies launch promotions to broaden their sales and boost their profitably. But while unveiling the new marketing gimmick at the Kampala Serena Hotel, Ms Mloka said, "We are giving our customers an opportunity to enrich their lives." The three houses which are the grand prizes in the campaign are located in Kisaasi, a Kampala suburb, will be fully furnished with a fridge, cooker, dinning set, beds and a pair of sofa sets, according to Ms Mloka.

She said the company was now fulfilling a promise it made when the company changed its name to Zain from Celtel Uganda, at the beginning of August this year. "We promised our customers a wonderful world. It's time to live up to our promise."
