Uganda: Kenzo, Nyamutoro Attend VD Together

25 March 2024

It's getting more interesting now. Singer Eddy Kenzo and Cabinet sensation Phiona Nyamutoro just won't leave us alone - at least not when they are both enjoying the limelight.

Rumours are that the two have perfected the saying that a dance is the vertical expression of horizontal desires.

And that rumour, to the delight of bee and nectar, has refused to go away even with Kenzo and Nyamutoro's best efforts to deny it.

At the weekend, Kenzo and Nyamutoro showed up for their... er... er...

Now this is the toughest part. There had been word that the two have a child together but that, too, ended up like the meteorological authority's weather predictions.

However, unless they were dragged in by IGG Beti Kamya for some inexplicable corruption issue, then it is likely that Kenzo and Nyamutoro were at the school to have some swell time with 'their' daughter.

After destroying pizza like Friesian cows that had just landed on lush fodder, Kenzo and Nyamutoro grinned for the camera alongside the 'child' - whose lips, eyes and nose make Kenzo look more like her than she looks like Kenzo.

"But the shape of her face is for Nyamutoro," said our relationship recognition expert, who grumbled so much about Kamya before analysing the photo.

"Why is she there?" the expert kept grumbling.

Minister-designate Nyamutoro (centre) and Kenzo (right) were together for a VD Well, Kamya is the Ombudsman and a relationship where marriage is not confirmed is against the law.

Seeing that she is powerless to catch a corrupt class monitor in a Bwaise kindergarten, she had either gone to see her grandkid or to investigate Kenzo and Nyamutoro. Or both.

Nyamutoro, in blue denims and black sleeveless top completed with a checkered shacket (shirt jacket), was glowing so much you could smell the scent in her freshness.

But Kenzo looked like a man putting up appearances after being found out.

The singer was one of the first people to congratulate Nyamutoro after she was named a minister last week.

"The VD was just timely," said our Sqoop reporter, "it iced Nyamutoro's celebration that could not be complete without Kenzo and their..."

Nyamutoro, the junior minerals minister-designate, has worked with the Kenzo-led Uganda National Musicians Federation to push for law reforms on copyright law in Uganda.

At 30, national female youth MP is one of the youngest ministers in the country.

Kenzo has at least one other child from his previous relationship with singer Rema.
