South African Constitutional Court to Hear Omotoso Rape Case?

Pastor Timothy Omotoso's legal team has said that they are ready to approach the Constitutional Court after the Supreme Court of Appeal dismissed advocate Peter Daubermann's application to have Judge Mandela Makaula recuse himself from the case. Omotoso and his two co-accused, Zukiswa Sitho and Lusanda Sulani, face a total of 97 charges related to human trafficking and rape.
