U.S. Fills Key Diplomatic Posts - Except for South Africa

New American ambassadors have been confirmed by the Senate for assignments in Nigeria, Egypt, Libya, Cote d'Ivoire, the African Union, Malawi and Cape Verde. And there is a new senior Africa official at the White House.
