Rewrite Vague Hate Speech Definition - South African Court

The Supreme Court of Appeal has ordered Parliament to rewrite the "vague, overbroad" law meant to protect against discrimination after overturning a High Court ruling that found former diplomat Jon Qwelane guilty of hate speech when he expressed his opinion on same-sex relationships.
