A new administration is beginning its first day in power in Madagascar after weeks of unrest. Military leaders conferred full powers on Andry Rajoelina, an opposition leader, hours after Marc Ravalomanana, the president, resigned. Al Jazeera's Haru Mutasa reports from the capital, Antananarivo.
