On Friday 17 May, the African Development Bank will hold a virtual information and training workshop for civil society organisations (CSOs) engaged in protecting the environment and combating the effects of climate change. The virtual webinar aims to equip CSOs with the knowledge and skills to tap funding from the Africa Climate Change Fund (ACCF), ahead of its forthcoming fourth call for proposals.

The workshop will deepen African CSO leaders' understanding of the Fund's objectives, scope and eligibility, its ACCF application process, and how to use its online application platform.

The Africa Climate Change Fund is a multi-donor trust fund that complements the African Development Bank's goals of tripling its climate financing efforts and fostering its drive for a climate-resilient Africa.
